Dear Santa, We have been coming to see your Santa Arizona at McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park for 9 years, it is my kids absolute favorite holiday tradition and they look forward to it every year. It started with my daughter, who is now 14 years old and has grown to my three children, with my youngest being 5. Everything about the experience seems so magical and so “real”. It truly is an “experience” when we bring our kids to see Santa. This Sunday was no different, and I just wanted to say THANK YOU! A person never knows how much they truly impact someone unless they are told, so I wanted to make sure you knew how special our visit was on Sunday night. We were one of the first groups of kids that you saw on Sunday night. My daughter has not been able to sit on your lap for several years, and we were laughing about that with you. After you talked to my boys and all of the pictures had been taken, you had my daughter come and sit on your lap. You talked to her about dance (the LOVE of her life) and gave her the most beautiful speech. I am so disappointed I didn’t get it all on video. It was so heartwarming and kind of you to take the time to have my daughter sit on your lap after you had talked to her brothers. I’m not even sure it’s what you said, but more the way you made her feel. Having you give her one of those special brass buttons was so meaningful and seemed so special. She told everyone about it. Although she is old enough to no longer believe in “Santa”, a little girl and her mom felt such a magical moment and were reminded of the true meaning of the season! You are amazing at what you do and I just thought you should know that! THANK YOU! From the very sweet girl remembering us as “regulars” and the time that you spend every year making sure we get the perfect picture, to this irreplaceable memory, there is no other experience like it!
